Actually, you're confusing the F11 enduro (pictured) with the limited production F11M motocrosser. The F11M (produced in 1973 only) was based on the F11 which was produced through 1975 if memory serves me correctly. The KX250 was not produced until 1974 and shares nothing with either the F11 or F11M. While the F11 was a poor enduro, the F11M was a competitive MXer, if you could get one. Only 200 F11M's were produced and very few are still in existence (but I have three of those remaining).

Thanks Neal! I'm kind of like a kid in a candy store at this point. Getting to do a lot and experience things I never dreamed I would. Thanks for your feedback, I don't hear from too many people about my posts.

I decided I should start this and answer my own "would you rather?" post.

Would you rather ride a utility quad or a sport quad?
Sport quad

Would you rather ride a two-up quad or drive a UTV (Rhino)?
UTV

Would you rather beat Bill Ballance or Dustin Wimmer?
Ballance

Would you rather be hiton by a moto ho or a stripper?
Hmmmm, can I say N/A? OK, moto ho I guess.

Would you rather eat track food or fast food?
Fast food b/c I can choose the place and choose wisely.

Would you rather race MX or GNCC?
GNCC

Would you rather race in the desert or dirt track?
Desert

Would you rather try an ATV backflip or a 200-foot-plus jump?
200 footer

Would you rather race with a twist or thumb throttle?
thumb

Would you rather get beat by a girl (woman) or someone 10+ years older than you?
10+ years older

Would you rather be on the cover of a magazine or be on the local news?
Mag cover

Would you rather ride naked with a helmet or ride in MX gear without a helmet?
Riding without a helmet is always wrong, but I opt for the gear and go REALLY REALLY slow.

Would you rather crash in the whoops or on a jump?
Jump

Would you rather race the Baja 1000 or Dakar?
Baja is allegedly grand, but Dakar is so much more foreign, challenging and far away.

Would you rather poop in a port-a-potty at the track or in the woods?
Port-a-potty

Would you rather sleep in a tent or in a $29.95 motel?
Motel. At least I can shower, etc.

Would you rather eat a hot dog or a Snickers bar?
Snickers bar.

Would you rather drink Monster, Red Bull or Rockstar?
Ouch. Hmmm Monster (Java variety).

Would you rather ride in deep mud or dense fog-like dust?
deep mud (I hate dust)

Would you rather be hit from behind by a trophy truck or hit a tree at full speed?
Tree, I could survive. Hopefully it would happen on a 50cc.

Would you rather be on a factory race team or fully sponsored by the aftermarket?
Factory

Would you rather ride without gloves or without socks?
Socks!

Would you rather be married to a women’s ATV champion, a supermodel or a professional cheerleader?
I'm already married, so N/A.

Would you rather see a story about yourself in a magazine or on the Web?
In a magazine.
Would you rather race for a living or be retired?
Retirement sounds grand, although I could get bored! Wait, if I'm retired, couldn't I also then race for fun?

Jorge,

Good point. The ATV racing industry was "surviving" before the major support teams and factories arrived. It should be able to do it again now that the level of support has been streamlined. I think local support helps everyone involved and is something people cannot take for granted.
