Kia appreciated a sudden creature hit a year ago with its "demeanor" hybrid SUV, the Soul. Not long from now, Nissan's hitting again with a comparatively snarky smaller hybrid SUV of its own, the 2011 Juke. It'll be difficult to miss, with its forceful barge style bumper flares, hood-mounted projector-shaft headlights (went down by 747-sized haze lights incorporated with the lower front bumper), "shaved" back entryway handles and swooped-back roofline like a '50s Greaser.
It'll reinforcement its extreme fellow looks with a standard 180 hp turbocharged 1.6 liter four with immediate infusion (greatly one-upping the Soul's standard 122 hp motor and its noncompulsory 142 hp motor) collaborated with either a CVT programmed or six-rate manual transmission. Front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive adaptations will be accessible.
Anticipate that the Juke will begin appearing at Nissan dealerships around September.
